Improper Use // 2019

Improvised practices and ‘improper’ use of digital tools places the computer against its own limitations and exposes narrow cracks in the system. Images are passed back and forth between the digital and physical realities, accumulating digital scars. Using techniques of collection, cutting, copying & pasting, the work imitates the behavior of computer errors. Flat spaces identify with the computer’s inability to exist outside the LED screen. Digital fluctuations exhist as a breath, and a turned-off screen echoes the endless possibilities in the black.
This project was the final work done to sumerize my studies.
